Photo verification is required for all participants. A parent or legal guardian must be present at the initial verification of a minor or available by phone. The online waiver release is saved on file for two years from the initial day it is signed.
Option 2: For a PDF waiver, click HERE. Our PDF waiver is only good for the day of the event. This is the best option for field trips and group bookings of 30+ jumpers.
