We are so excited to be hosting Fly Camps this summer! We have some exciting things in store for our Campers! Parents must fill out form for each individual camper! Camps do fill up quickly, so please submit a completed registration form to us as quickly as possible. (Spot will NOT be reserved until BOTH Camp Registration form AND fee are received.)

Fly Camp Rules & Expectations

All campers will be expected to abide by the following rules and expectations. Fly Camp reserves the right to remove any child who does not abide by camp rules. * All children are to respect themselves, others, and all Rare Air property. * Following directions, the first time asked. * Using kind and helpful words. No inappropriate language, curse words, etc. * Keeping hands, feet, arms and objects to themselves. * Cleaning up after themselves. * Including everyone in activities and discussions. * Cell Phones must be put away and stored in cubbies during Fly Camp Hours. * All Campers are to remain inside of Rare Air unless participating in an outdoor activity with Fly Camp Leader. * All children are to remain with their assigned Team Leader at all times. At no time should any campers be alone without adult supervision. * All children must be checked in and checked out at the Fly Camp Tables located at the front of the building. * Any medications, including asthma inhalers, must be checked in and out with Staff by a parent each day. *Have fun, be safe, and enjoy Fly Camp!

Fly Camp Rules & Expectations

I have read and understand all Fly Camp Rules & Expectations. I will also read these over with my child before camp at www.rareairpark.com/flycamprules to ensure the best camp experience for both my child and other children. I understand that Fly Camp reserves the right to remove any child who does not abide by camp rules.

Drop-off & Pick-up Times

I will be able to drop off my child between 7:45am and 8:15am every day & pick up my child between 12:00pm and 12:25pm every day.

Cost of Camp

I understand that my child's spot will not be saved until both the registration form and camp fee are in. I also understand that my camper's spot is not guaranteed. If camps become full, my child will then be placed on a waitlist. If they are not admitted to camp from the waitlist, then Rare Air will issue a full refund back to me. The cost of Fly Camp is $170 per camper per session (or $150 for the Early Bird Special). Video & Photo Release

Video & Photo Release: I give permission for my child(ren)’s photograph or video image to be taken while in the care of Fly Camp. Such images may be posted in party rooms or other appropriate places within the center, used in Fly Camp presentations or promotional materials. I understand that I may terminate this permission at any time in the future.
